SERVICES
Expert foot care for a range of foot conditions.

Swift Therapy
SWIFT therapy is an innovative and non-invasive treatment for plantar warts. It utilizes
microwave technology to deliver precise and controlled energy to the affected area, stimulating the body's immune response to fight the wart. The treatment is quick, usually lasting a few
minutes, and does not require anesthesia or downtime, allowing patients to resume their normal activities immediately. SWIFT therapy has shown promising results in effectively treating plantar warts, offering a convenient and efficient alternative to traditional treatments like freezing or
chemical applications.

Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave Therapy, a technique for treating superficial orthopaedic problems, has been
developed over the past 20 years. Short, high frequency, high intensity shockwaves are
produced when a projectile accelerates inside the shockwave handpiece and radiates into the
damaged area. The energy bursts delivered by the applicator are absorbed by the tissue,
eliminating scar tissue, improving local blood flow, and activating the body's natural
pain-relieving and healing mechanisms.

Medical Foot Care
Medical footcare consists of diagnosing, treating, and preventing foot and ankle disorders. Chiropodists will use their expertise to assess foot health, provide relief from pain and discomfort, and address a vast range of conditions such as fungal infections, ingrown toenails, and diabetic foot ulcers. Through comprehensive evaluations, personalized treatment plans, and preventive measures, chiropodists strive to improve mobility, enhance comfort, and promote
overall foot health.

Diabetic Foot Care
Diabetic footcare is a critical aspect of managing diabetes and preventing complications. Individuals with diabetes are at a higher risk of developing foot problems due to nerve damage and reduced blood flow. Proper diabetic footcare involves regular monitoring, daily foot inspections, maintaining good hygiene, and wearing the appropriate shoes to prevent serious complications.

Custom Foot Orthotics
Custom orthotics (inserts) are medical devices worn in your footwear made from carbon fiber or molded thermoplastic derived from a cast of your feet. They are commonly prescribed following a thorough biomechanical assessment and gait analysis to relieve pain and fatigue associated with improper foot biomechanics including flat feet, fallen arches or overpronation, Heel pain, Arch pain, and Plantar fasciitis, bunions, hammertoes, foot, knee, hip and back pain.

Injection Therapy
Injection therapy is a common treatment modality in medical footcare for various foot conditions. It involves the targeted injection of medications, such as corticosteroids or local anesthetics, into specific areas of the foot to alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and promote healing. This technique can effectively treat conditions like plantar fasciitis, neuromas, and certain joint and soft tissue inflammations in the foot.

Taping
Taping is a special technique used by chiropodists to provide support and stability to the foot and ankle. It involves the application of specialized tapes, such as athletic or kinesiology tape, to targeted areas to address various foot conditions. Taping can help reduce pain, improve joint alignment, enhance proprioception, and provide temporary relief during the healing process for
issues like sprained ankles, arch support, or correction of foot deformities.
