Steven comes from a sporting background with a past career in football (soccer). Given his personal experience in sports and keen interest in lower limb mechanics and their contribution to soft tissue injuries, this has enabled him to treat a vast range of athletes from men to women and children of all ages at various levels of competition from recreational to elite professionals.
Steven is a strong advocate for a multidisciplinary approach to injury treatment, working alongside various other health professionals from orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and fitness instructors to facilitate a comprehensive treatment protocol with goals of rapid recovery from injury.
Steven is committed to continuing professional development and is currently studying his Masters in Theory of Podiatric Surgery at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. Steven also holds a PGCert in Psychology and Sports Science (Kinesiology) and is a current member in good standing with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario.
